A Peek at Airflow

Day 68 of 100 Days of MLOps. Prefect isn't the only orchestrator — the name you'll see most in job posts and legacy pipelines is Apache Airflow. Today you take a guided peek: what Airflow is, how its DAGs, operators, and scheduler map onto the Prefect flows and tasks you already know, and when you'd meet each. You'll even write a real Airflow DAG of the house-price pipeline and watch Airflow parse it into a task graph. Goal: fluency across the orchestration world, not just one corner. Runs 100% locally on any OS.
