Virtual Environments, pip & Project Structure

Day 16 of Python for AI Engineering, and the start of Module 5. Give every project its own isolated virtual environment, manage dependencies reproducibly with pip and requirements.txt, and lay out a real Python project. You'll package the to-do app into a proper, portable project structure.
